سُورَةُ المَسَدِ
Al-Masad • The Palm Fibre
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
111:1الجزء 30
تَبَّتْ يَدَآ أَبِى لَهَبٍۢ وَتَبَّ1
May the hands of Abu Lahab be ruined, and ruined is he.
111:2الجزء 30
مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُ مَالُهُۥ وَمَا كَسَبَ2
His wealth will not avail him or that which he gained.
111:3الجزء 30
سَيَصْلَىٰ نَارًۭا ذَاتَ لَهَبٍۢ3
He will [enter to] burn in a Fire of [blazing] flame
111:4الجزء 30
وَٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلْحَطَبِ4
And his wife [as well] - the carrier of firewood.
111:5الجزء 30
فِى جِيدِهَا حَبْلٌۭ مِّن مَّسَدٍۭ5
Around her neck is a rope of [twisted] fiber.
